About Us

Hello, we are Denise BARR and Mike MARTinet. Mike is a programmer/graphic artist, and Denise is a fashion designer/graphic artist. Together we use our original art to design and create printed tees, tops, greeting cards, canvas wraps, and bespoke fashion.

Denise creates all-around-the-garment designs called "360 Fashion" using a design and print process called "direct digital". Individual designs are printed directly onto the fabric that are cut and sewn. This means color changes and other special sizing requests are possible. For special requests or bespoke fashions, Denise is happy to answer your questions at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com

Most of the artwork on the products here at BarrMart Designs is Mike's. His style is wide-ranging, but his main focus is something he calls "Robot Expressionism", a world of blended machine and biology. For more of his work, check out botaday.com and mikemartinet.com. FAQs and Store Policies

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to receive most orders. In-stock items ship immediately, see individual listings. On-demand orders are received from 7-10 days. Our "360 Fashion" custom orders are printed, cut, and sewn individually. You should receive these orders in 2 to 3 weeks.

Where will my order ship from?
Our canvas wraps and "360 Fashion" designs are printed, assembled, and sewn in the USA. Our Botaday Tees and Tops are printed by on-demand fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide. Mike's original artwork is painted in his home studio in California.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Use your tracking number to check status.
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com. with your order number. We will respond right away.

ORDERS

How are your products made?
Our canvas wraps and "360 Fashions" are designed by Mike and Denise, and printed, assembled, and sewn in the USA. Our Botaday Tees and Tops are brand-name garments with Mikes graphics printed on them by reliable, high-quality on-demand printers and drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com. within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution right away!

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
For original art, personalized and on-demand products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. But, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com and we will resolve the problem.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every garment listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item  you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will resolve the problem!
